Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all MAURÉ tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link and a notification once your refund is processed.
